The Audet Law Foundation (TALF) is dedicated to improving access to the civil justice system in the United States and Mexico. TALF pursues, supports, and funds legal efforts that protect individual rights, strengthen access to the courts, and help ensure that meaningful legal remedies are available to people and communities regardless of their financial resources.

TALF supports litigation, education, advocacy, and other initiatives that advance fairness and accountability within the civil justice system. This includes identifying important legal issues, supporting cases with the potential to create broader public benefit, expanding public understanding of legal rights and remedies, and working with attorneys, organizations, educators, and communities committed to improving access to justice.

With a focus on both the United States and Mexico, TALF also seeks to encourage cooperation and the exchange of ideas across borders. TALF believes that a strong civil justice system should provide ordinary people with a practical means to protect their rights, challenge unlawful conduct, and hold powerful institutions accountable.

Through litigation, funding, education, and public interest initiatives, TALF works to make the civil justice system more accessible, effective, and responsive to the people it is intended to serve.
